Matt has led top performing recruiting teams and helped develop others throughout the western United States.
 

Matt organized and facilitated entry level sales leadership and management training for new recruiting team leads throughout the western United States on community outreach, social strategy and communications skills.
 

In Matt's current role he leads a small staff that manages the corporate responsibilities of a non-profit charged with maintaining and operating the last original World War II Liberty Ship, the S.S. Jeremiah O'brien as a living breathing piece of American history.
